Wedding Types

Full & Partial Event Planning

WHOLE  VENUE  HIRE

Ceremony & Reception       $4000

24 hour (plus) access to the venue.

Exclusive use of the grounds, only 1 wedding at a time, includes chapel hire, use of restaurant, grounds and farm for photo opportunities. Our in-house wedding planner will help you plan, style, create a budget, create an electronic and shared run sheet, 1 x rehearsal the day before, 2 x pre-wedding appointments and ample time to style and personalise your wedding.

Our in-house wedding planner can also help advise on styling and introduce you to proven and trusted wedding suppliers (including cake makers, photographers, videographers, celebrants, DJs, local accommodation, stylists, florists, event hire furniture and tablewares etc).

Pioneer Country can do variety of in-house catering to suit your wallet and taste buds from our full commercial kitchen or we can introduce you to our proven and preferred Food Trucks (ideal for gatherings of less than 50 people).

This hire package includes use of Pioneer Country’s own festoon lights, 5000 fairy lights, tables, white bentwood chairs, damask table linen, quality glassware, crockery and cutlery.

Pioneer Country is fully licensed until 12 mid night.
We also have a live music venue license.

Pioneer Country recommends  our in-house lighter meal options such as high teas and or grazing platters from $34 per person. or for gatherings of less than 50 people we can introduce to our favourite Food Trucks.

2 hour access to the chapel and grounds.

Exclusive use of the grounds, only 1 wedding at a time, includes chapel hire, use of grounds and farm for photo opportunities.  1 x rehearsal the day before. This package is also suitable as a venue hire for funeral services, corporate photography and family portraits.

I. THE RUSTIC CHAPEL MINI-WEDDING

 

This wedding package is chic and elegant. Perfect for couples who want a beautiful, authentic and timeless look. This package offers includes everything you could desire at a traditional wedding, without costing the equivalent of a house deposit.

Simple and stress-free, you and your guests will love the thoughtful details such as plantation style chapel, antique pews, reflection lake, horse yards and 100 year old slab hut included in this package. The price includes antipasto platter & champagne for 5 pax (more upon request). Although the ceremony is held on the flat our photographer & videographer will still be able to capture our jaw-dropping hill top views. This is a truly romantic experience.

II. THE BOHO HILLTOP 
MINI-WEDDING

 

Feel on top of the world, overlooking ocean, trees, farmland, with views to Surfers Paradise, Stradbroke Island and the border ranges. Held on the grounds of our 5th generation, 200 acre of working cattle property. with extensive gardens.
By default, the Boho Mini-Wedding is set on the top of our hill in an outdoor chapel with a floral arbour facing the ocean. However, in the event of wet weather
we luckily have the built in option of being able to use our
own plantation style chapel.

This package is the height of understated, boho chic. This package has a laid back garden party vibe, making it ideal for couples wanting a simple, Pinterest-perfect wedding. Our styling will include native flowers, seagrass rugs, macrame cushions and a bohemian playlist.  You will feast on sumptuous picnic platters
and enjoy s
implicity of your own wedding day.

Pioneer Country’s Benefits

120 seat (pews) Island Style Chapel with sides that open to allow viewing for up to 300 guests. (Applying the COVID 4 sqm rule and social distancing please allow for 60 people inside the chapel and another 60 outside).

Barn style restaurant (fully licensed) that comfortably seats 220 guests. (Applying the COVID 4 sqm rule allow for 120 people under the restaurant roof area.)
