Pioneer Country can do variety of in-house catering to suit your wallet and taste buds from our full commercial kitchen. Our talented chefs offer either sit-down country roasts or hand stretched pizza from our wood-fired pizza oven.
The package includes use of Pioneer Country’s festoon lights, 5000 fairy lights, tables, white bentwood chairs, damask table linen, in-house styling, quality glassware, crockery and cutlery.
Pioneer Country is fully licensed until 12 mid night.
We also have a live music venue license.

Your venue hire includes time to set up and style the day before and to come at your leisure the day after the wedding to bump out your decorations and pick up cars from the carpark (ie none of the hustle associated with bump in, bump out and event on the same day).
Although Pioneer Country is a working farm we are only 10 minutes from town. You won’t need to hire a bus to get your guests safely home because a cab fare is still very affordable and they can come back at their leisure the day after to retrieve their cars.
You always need a backup wet weather plan if you are considering an outdoor ceremony and our chapel is included as a no extra cost solution.
Our wide open outdoor spaces and oversized buildings ensure you are in the strongest possible situation should COVID restrictions or the 4 sqm rule be suddenly re-applied. 120 seat (pews) Island Style Chapel with sides that open to allow viewing for up to 300 guests. (Applying the COVID 4 sqm rule and social distancing please allow for 60 people inside the chapel and up to the maximum allowable cap outside the chapel ).
Barn style restaurant (fully licensed) that comfortably seats 220 guests. (Applying the COVID 4 sqm rule allow for 120 people under the restaurant roof area.)

You are welcome to hire furniture and stylists however almost everything you need is already included in the venue hire: Welcome to our wedding signage, please be seated signage, a wishing well, gum leaf, dried and silk floral arrangements, table settings, table numbers, round tables, white bentwood chairs, tablecloths, damask napery, tableware, crockery, buffet table, bridal table with skirt and matching bridal backdrop curtain, glassware, drinks carts, wine barrel bar tables, stationary food stations, cake table, in-house rustic table styling, night market style hand carts, stage (3 types), 4WD buggy for photographer.

Our in-house wedding planner and owner will help plan your wedding. If you need help finding a celebrant, cake maker, photographer or any wedding service provider she will introduce you to her favourites that are proven and professional. Sarah will provide you with a runsheet to give to your photographer and MC and keep track of the budget. In summary she will have your corner and take a lot of stress out of organising your wedding day.
