From the beginning, Sarah and Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate us and our families, making the entire wedding process exceptionally smooth. The flexibility of locations within Pioneer Country was one of the initial draws for us. Being able to exchange vows in the charming chapel on-site and seamlessly transition to our reception in the beautiful ‘barn’ showcased the thoughtful design of the venue. However, it was the unparalleled support and care provided by Sarah and Michelle that truly set Pioneer Country apart. Throughout the planning process, they were always available to answer questions and offer guidance. The extensive guidance provided on what was available to us and the willingness to accommodate any request made us feel truly supported. On the day of the wedding, Macen and I were able to enjoy every moment without a worry, thanks to the attentive staff who treated us and our guests with kindness and warmth. The venue itself is a photographer’s dream, offering a wide variety of picturesque locations to suit every preference. From the chapel to the scenic outdoor areas, there was no shortage of stunning backdrops for our wedding photos. A special mention must be made for the incredible food provided by Pioneer Country. Our guests have not stopped raving about it since the wedding. Not only was it delicious, but the portions were huge, and the venue accommodated dietary needs with understanding and flexibility. We cannot speak highly enough of Pioneer Country and its dedicated staff. The gratitude we feel for the accommodating nature, attention to detail, and overall exceptional experience is beyond words. We encourage anyone in the midst of wedding planning to enquire and take a tour – you’ll undoubtedly fall in love with Pioneer Country as we did. Sarah is an absolute legend. My husband and I had our wedding at Pioneer Country in September 2023, and Sarah helped us plan our wedding while we lived in Melbourne. Throughout the entire process she was so supportive of our vision, and even allowed us to set up the day before and pack up the day after to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible. There were apparently a few minor hiccups – eg. A mirrored sign broke due to the wind – and we never knew anything about it until the next day when she told us she got her daughter to bring in another mirror and DIY a sign on the spot so we wouldn’t stress. Everything from the delicious food, super friendly and helpful staff, to the beautiful views – Pioneer Country is a spectacular venue. I can’t recommend Pioneer Country enough!

Our experience with Sarah and the team at Pioneer Country was truly exceptional. Despite navigating postponements due to COVID and a pregnancy, Sarah accommodated us with remarkable flexibility and patience. She played a pivotal role, always ready to address our questions and ensured every detail of our special day was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. One standout feature is the availability of multiple photo locations. Pioneer Country offers a picturesque backdrop at every turn, ensuring our memories were beautifully captured. The chapel, where our ceremony took place, was nothing short of enchanting. Its elegant design and intimate atmosphere provided the perfect setting for exchanging vows. The venue’s ability to accommodate different preferences extended to allowing us to decorate the space ourselves. This creative freedom allowed us to infuse our personality and style into every corner, making the venue truly feel like ours. A noteworthy mention goes to the staff who handled wet weather exceptionally well. Despite unexpected rain, they seamlessly adjusted plans, ensuring our day continued without a hitch. And let’s not forget the mouth-watering food! The wood-fired pizzas had everyone talking. Adding to the joy, our vendors, despite it being their first time at Pioneer Country, were equally impressed and raved about the exceptional setting. Sarah and all the staff at Pioneer Country contributed to a wedding day that not only was beautiful but also genuinely reflected our love story. We are immensely grateful for their dedication and personalised touch.

Our wedding day was perfection!! From the very first moment we arrived at Pioneer Country we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly from our first visit through to the moment we left on the night of our wedding. Sarah and her team were amazing in planning our big day so we had nothing to stress about. Everything you need is in this one location. We had our ceremony in the Chapel, reception in the Barn and photos were taken all around the property which meant we had more time to spend with our guests. Everything ran so smoothly and all our guests had the best time. The food was incredible (those beef cheeks ????) and there was plenty of drinks and dancing. So many of our friends and family have said it was the best wedding they have been to and we couldn’t agree more. Thank you Sarah and all the team at Pioneer Country. We will recommend your venue to anyone!

Everything from the great communication, delicious food, tasty drinks, wedding setup, and all the fine details. Our day was completely stress free and an absolute breeze! We even can’t find the adequate words to express our gratefulness to the staff of pioneer country and Sarah (the venue coordinator) for helping make this the most magical for me and my now husband. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and so stitched on, she was one of the biggest bonuses of choosing pioneer country as our venue. But! There were plenty of other bonuses too! Firstly, it is a stunning place! No need to spend precious time driving on your wedding day because pioneer country has the most beautiful chapel, gorgeous landscapes for photos and fun/exciting reception hall that looked especially great after the new Hampton’s grey and white paint job, this venue gives you every opportunity for the most amazing photos and best experiences. It was truely the best day and we can thank the people of pioneer country enough.

The most amazing place to have any event. I had my wedding there and it was magic! Food was the best we have ever had and the team there attended to everything! Sara is the best ????. We absolutely loved our special day and all our guests did too. Thank you all sooooo much ????????????

My fiance and I attended Pioneer Country as part of a wedding event on the weekend, and we were absolutely amazed by the service and friendliness we received from all of the staff. Every person took the time to individually greet us and explain the history of the venue. Sarah and Michelle were wonderful! Whilst we have already booked our own wedding venue, this venue is an absolutely stunning place to get married at. The food and drink we tried was great. Definitely one of our favourite venues we have visited.
