Our Ceremony Only package, priced at $1,500, includes 2 hours of exclusive use of our gold coast plantation-style chapel or one of our stunning outdoor ceremony locations. Antique pews seat 120 guests, with space for an additional 200 guests to enjoy the ceremony through open lattice-style walls.
With 170 acres of picturesque locations, enjoy settings like “under the fig tree,” “the bell tower,” “lakeside,” and “one tree hill.”
Available Sunday to Thursday, this package includes private venue and chapel usage, with optional extras such as outdoor seating, furniture, and a 4WD buggy with driver. Additional hours are available, along with wandering waiters, canapés, and sparkling wine service on the chapel lawn.
Ceremony & Reception
Our Ceremony & Reception package is fully adaptable to suit your needs, with custom food and drink options tailored to your preferences. This all-inclusive package provides complete venue hire for our Gold Coast location for both your ceremony and reception, with access to our stunning grounds and facilities for a 48-hour period.
Pricing ranges from $8,000 for smaller mid-week events to $20,000 for larger weekend functions, ensuring flexibility based on your guest count and chosen date.

Already tied the knot elsewhere and looking for the perfect reception venue for hire on the Gold Coast? Our Reception Only package lets you celebrate your special day in style at Pioneer Country. After your ceremony, whether on the beach, at a local church, or another venue, continue the celebration in our spacious reception barn, complete with stunning countryside views.
