Premium Hinterland 3 Course Menu Package from $7,700

   

 3 course –

-Canape by wandering waiters, premium meats (eg Spring Lamb & Black Angus) with

-3 heirloom or locally sourced seasonal vegetables,

-a selection of local breads and the wedding cake as dessert

Includes canape on the verandah overlooking sunset on the lake, seated or cocktail style main meal inside the fairy lit barn, your choice of shared platters, buffet or alternate drop main meals, followed by locally roasted Ground Control coffee, tea and platters of BYO wedding cake served buffet style from the old farmhouse table. Tables, chairs, linen, table setting, signage, table numbers, wishing well, crockery, premium glassware, wedding planner, electronic runorder, venue the day before for setup & rehearsal are all included. 

Drinks not included in above pricing. Drinks packages, bar tab, VIP bar tab, guests pay as they go or any combination of these are available. The bar tab followed by guests pay as they go is the most popular combination.

Package includes use of the venue the day before for styling & rehearsal plus 7 hours of service from the invitation start time on the day of the wedding and guests can retrieve their cars at their leisure the day afterwards.

Ceremony ONLY $1,500 either outdoors or in chapel

Plantation style chapel or
outdoor ceremony

2 hours (+1hour rehearsal) 

Antique pews providing comfortable seating for 120 guests and the lattice side walls open outwards to provide viewing for a further 200 guests. There are 170 acres of outdoor ceremony locations however the favourites are “under the fig tree”,  the “bell tower”, “lakeside” or “one tree hill @ Sth Tweed” with ocean and tree views. 

Chapel or ceremony ONLY hire are only available Sunday to Thursday.

Includes 2 hours use of the venue with a 1 hour rehearsal the day before if required. Outdoor seating is not included.

If you would like to celebrate a little after the ceremony, please enquire about the option to extend hire by 1 hour and add wandering waiters for canape & sparkling service on the chapel lawn.

& don’t forget to consider…

Your venue hire includes time to set up and style the day before and to come at your leisure the day after the wedding to bump out your decorations and pick up cars from the carpark (ie none of the hustle associated with bump in, bump out and event on the same day). 

Although Pioneer Country is a working farm we are only 10 minutes from town. You won’t need to hire a bus to get your guests safely home because a cab fare is still very affordable and they can come back at their leisure the day after to retrieve their cars. 

You always need a backup wet weather plan if you are considering an outdoor ceremony and our chapel is included as a no extra cost solution.

Barn style restaurant (fully licensed) that comfortably seats 220 guests. 

Wedding accoutrement inclusions:
You are welcome to hire furniture and stylists however almost everything you need is already included in the venue hire:  Welcome to our wedding signage, please be seated signage, a wishing well, gum leaf, dried and silk floral arrangements, table settings, table numbers, round tables, white bentwood chairs, tablecloths, damask napery, tableware, crockery, buffet table, bridal table with skirt and matching bridal backdrop curtain, glassware, drinks carts, wine barrel bar tables, stationary food stations, cake table, in-house rustic table styling, night market style hand carts, stage (3 types), 4WD buggy for photographer, wooden arbour.

Our in-house wedding planner and owner will help plan your wedding. If you need help finding a celebrant, cake maker, photographer or any wedding service provider she will introduce you to her favourites that are proven and professional. Sarah will provide you with a runsheet to give to your photographer and MC and keep track of the budget. In summary she will have your corner and take a lot of stress out of organising your wedding day.
